SHIPPING POLICY

When will i receive my order?

Once your order has gone through our quality control process your items will be shipped. We ship completed orders on Tuesdays and Fridays. Orders will typically take 3 to 5 business days, but in rare instances can take up to 15 business days.

do we ship internationally?

At the moment we do not ship internationally.

NOTE:

If you need help providing information about your package to the post office, we are happy to help. Be advised that we are not responsible for delays at the post office. Contact your local Post Master for issues with the post office.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if there was an eligible discrepancy with your order, you may return it to us for a refund or exchange within seven days. Please email info@calihairboutique.com to receive an authorization number and begin the return or exchange process. Please read the guidelines below to make sure you're eligible for a return or exchange.

This policy does not apply to items that are marked as final sale, goods used or damaged after purchase, custom orders, goods not returned with their original packaging, and items that can’t be resold for health reasons.

Returns & exchanges

All returns must be postmarked within 15 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging, tags, labels and unbroken seals attached.

To return an item, place the item securely in it's original packaging with all original tags, labels and unbroken seals attached. Mail to the following address:

refunds

After receiving your item and inspecting your item, we will process your return if the item qualifies within the return and exchanges guidelines. Please allow up to 30 days from the receipt of your item to process your return, but typically your return will be processed within 7 days of receiving your item.
